Board members are strictly volunteers for this user-owned group and are employed by other companies that are in no way associated with this users' group.  Members will try to return phone calls as soon as they can, usually within a day. We cannot  guarantee a returned call within an 8-hour period.  Please do not pursue information through a volunteer's employer since they are not associated with this group; additional information can be obtained through another Board member.
